CLASSES IN CARK AND SOON IN KENDAL

Most of our classes are in Lower Holker Village Hall in Cark, Cumbria near Grange-Over-Sands (postcode  LA11 7NU, see CONTACT & DIRECTIONS). Classes are on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon and early evening. A class lasts one hour.

Aerial hoop is for everybody: men, women, young, old, big, small, the strong, and the weak. You don't have to be super-fit or strong to start, but you soon will be!

There are some medical conditions that would exclude a person from aerial hoop classes. These are mostly the same as those that would exclude a person from any form of vigorous exercise. New clients are screened for these using a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
 

• Your first Group class is at the special introductory price of £8.
• A regular Group class place costs £12. 
• Doubles lessons (for 2 friends) are £15 per person (£9 first class)
• One-to-ones are £28  (£18 first class)
• Parent+child classes cost £19 per parent+child pair (£12 first class)
• Parties (hen, birthday, work...): £10 per person for six or more people
